Our Story
We’ve been a part of the town’s creative scene since 1896 (back then, we were called the Motherwell Photographic Association). Over the last century, we’ve moved around a bit and changed with the times, but our love for photography has stayed exactly the same.

When We Meet
Our main club year runs from September to April. We meet every Thursday at 7:30pm for a packed schedule of guest speakers, fun competitions, hands-on nights, and group outings. It doesn't matter if you are a total beginner or a seasoned pro, there is something for everyone.
We always start the new season with a super relaxed meet-and-greet. It’s the perfect chance for newcomers to say hello and for regulars to catch up on what’s coming up.
Summer Fun
The fun doesn't stop when the main season ends! Over the summer, we keep things moving with casual meetups and day trips. It’s a great way to stay connected and keep snapping photos all year round.
